Roast Soy Glazed Pork Tenderloin And High Protein Spicy Peanut Sauce

DIRECTIONS
Ingredients
Spicy Peanut Sauce
60ml (1/4 Cup) Of P28 Peanut Butter
1 Garlic Clove, Crushed
5ml (1 Teaspoon) Of Grated Ginger
15ml (1 Tablespoon) Seasoned Rice Vinegar
10ml (2 Teaspoons) Sriracha
10ml (2 Teaspoons) Soy Sauce
30ml (2 Tablespoons) Water
Other Ingredients
1 Pork Tenderloin (Approx 500g)
15 Ml (1 Tablespoon) Canola Oil
30 Ml (2 Tablespoons) Soy Sauce
15 Ml (1 Tablespoon) Honey
5 Ml (1 Teaspoon) Sesame Seeds
- In a bowl and using a whisk, mix all of the ingredients of the spicy peanut sauce together.
- In a pan on medium heat, sear the pork fillet for 2 minutes on each side (4 sides). Put the pork filet aside and lower the heat.
- Add the soy sauce and the honey to the pan and stir. Roll the pork fillet into the mixture and transfer it to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for 10 minutes.
- Serve the pork fillet with the Spicy peanut sauce.
