Roast Soy Glazed Pork Tenderloin And High Protein Spicy Peanut Sauce

DIRECTIONS

Ingredients

Spicy Peanut Sauce

60ml (1/4 Cup) Of P28 Peanut Butter
1 Garlic Clove, Crushed
5ml (1 Teaspoon) Of Grated Ginger
15ml (1 Tablespoon) Seasoned Rice Vinegar
10ml (2 Teaspoons) Sriracha
10ml (2 Teaspoons) Soy Sauce
30ml (2 Tablespoons) Water

Other Ingredients

1 Pork Tenderloin (Approx 500g)
15 Ml (1 Tablespoon) Canola Oil
30 Ml (2 Tablespoons) Soy Sauce
15 Ml (1 Tablespoon) Honey
5 Ml (1 Teaspoon) Sesame Seeds

  1. In a bowl and using a whisk, mix all of the ingredients of the spicy peanut sauce together.
  2. In a pan on medium heat, sear the pork fillet for 2 minutes on each side (4 sides). Put the pork filet aside and lower the heat.
  3. Add the soy sauce and the honey to the pan and stir. Roll the pork fillet into the mixture and transfer it to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for 10 minutes.
  4. Serve the pork fillet with the Spicy peanut sauce.
