Peanut Butter Banana Parfaits
Spiced and sweetened to perfection, this high protein parfait recipe will love you better than you love yourself.
Layers upon layers of goodness. This spiced apple parfait is topped with crunchy granola and mixed with creamy vanilla yogurt. Make them for your mother-in-law and watch her fall in love with you. You’re welcome.
Protein Powered by Our High Protein Peanut Spread
2 Cortland Apples, Diced
125 mL (1/2 cup) Chopped Walnuts
30 mL (2 Tbsp.) Maple Syrup
60 mL (1/4 cup) P28 Apple Crisp Spread
30 mL (2 Tbsp.) Raisins
A Pinch of Cinnamon
500 mL (2 cups) Yogourt
In a bowl and with your hands, mix the apples with the walnuts.
Next, add maple syrup, the P28 Apple Crisp Spread, raisins and cinnamon.
Pour 1/3 of the yogurt into 4 verrines and add 1/3 of the apple mixture. Repeat this twice, and serve.
