Loaded Turkey Pizza With Broccoli And Spinach

250 g (1/2 lb.) Ground Turkey
1 Egg, Beaten
60 mL (1/4 Cup) Italian Breadcrumbs
1 Clove Of Garlic, Diced
180 mL (2/3 Cup) Sour Cream
1 L (4 Cups) Fresh Spinach
250 mL (1 Cup) Of Steamed Broccoli Fleurettes
½ Red Pepper, Sliced
250 mL (1 Cup) Grated Mozzarella Cheese
In a bowl, mix ground turkey with the egg and breadcrumbs, season as desired.
Using moist hands, roll the mixture into 1 inch balls, and place them on a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper. Bake for 6 minutes.
Place 2 wraps (cut into circles if desired) on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and garnish with sour cream, crushed garlic, spinach, broccoli, red pepper, meatballs and cheese. Bake for 8 minutes and serve.
