P28 White Chocolate Espresso Bites

INGREDIENTS:

-          75g. serving of White Chocolate Spread

-          100g serving of White Chocolate Mounding Wafers

-          2 tbsp. Brewed Espresso

-          25g serving Whole Wheat or Coconut Flour

-          1 tsp. Almond Extract

 

 

DIRECTIONS:

-          In a double boiler, melt white chocolate wafers. 

-          Mix together P28 Spread with Espresso until smooth.

-          Add Almond Extract and slowly mix in flour. 

-          Roll dough into even balls and dip into melted white chocolate.

-          Store on parchment paper and freeze for 30 minutes before serving.
